Charlotte Duckworth started at Empire in 2021, shortly after graduating from Elon University with an Entrepreneurship Degree.Charlotte has always loved event planning. As early as second grade, Charlotte has been planning her own events; creating elaborately themed birthday parties and holiday celebrations. Her (not so secret) obsession for organizing has shown through in her coordinator role here at Empire. Charlotte channels her enthusiasm to bring a creative and contemporary vision and problem-solving mindset to each team and project she is supporting at Empire.Charlotte also loves to travel, ski and bake cakes!
