UN Women Rise for All

July 2020. , Virtual Event

On July 14, 2020, Empire produced a three hour virtual broadcast for the United Nations Office for Partnerships and their Women Rise For All program. The sessions were moderated by former CNN Host Zane Verjee and included Deputy Secretary of the UN Amina Mohammed, Prime Minister of Barbados Mia Mottley, President of Switzerland Simonetta Sommaruga, Former President of Liberia Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Minister of Education and Culture for Mozambique Graça Machel.

The Empire team worked with the UN team to create the overall event and Run of Show, handled logistics for all speakers, worked with talent (Andra Day sung “Rise Up”), and developed the virtual venue website along with Gramercy Tech. The website will continue to be a place for the Women Rise for All program to house information on their programs, resources, and hold meetings and events.
