Ryogo was born in Sapporo, Hokkaido Japan. After graduating from the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Law at Doshisha University he joined the Sapporo Television Broadcasting Co., Ltd. He spends most of his time on STV radio, and was in charge as director of "Hidaka Akirarou Show" and "Live Spica". After his time with STV, he worked as a marriage information magazine production company. Later on he helped produced the acoustic music festival "REAL MUSIC VILLAGE" for three years.
From 2017, he moved to Tokyo and has produced and directed events regardless of scale. He joined Empire Entertainment Japan in April 2020.
