Born in Tokyo. After graduating from university, Seiko worked for an advertising agency where she was mainly in charge of fashion clients and engaged in a wide range of projects.

Seiko joined Empire in 2018. Everyday she works on the motto of “cheerfully, happily, brightly”. She likes traveling, beer and chilling out at public baths.
